Dodge’s Ram pickup brand has introduced a concept called the Long-Hauler, this pickup has brought unparalleled ability to load and trailer. This Ram Long-Hauler concept car is based on the Ram 5500 chassis, the wheelbase is 197.4 inches long (about 5014 mm), total length to 24 feet (7.3 meters), height of more than 2 meters, the curb weight over 4.2 tons. No doubt, this monster is able to load more cargo than the usual 1 ton pickup.
The car is equipped with a 6.7 l inline 6-cylinder turbocharged Cummins diesel engine, 1085 cattle • m of torque. Powered by a 6-speed Aisin automatic transmission, Dana 110 rear axle and dual rear wheels: four-wheel-drive system and the main reduction gear ratio of 4.88. In order to improve the endurance capacity of this super-pickup, the car’s fuel tank capacity to 643 liters.
